To obtain the controller SD serial ID number from the smart pendant, select "Security" from the main menu.
Once on the Security Access page, select "Support". You will see the controller serial number listed at the bottom of the screen.
Once you have the modified files from Yaskawa, they should come with the one-time passcode or you'll need to call Yaskawa Tech Support to obtain one with the information obtained above.
